Processing & Shipping Times
We process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, shipping times vary based on your selected shipping method:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Incorrect Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Once your return is approved and processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the shipping fee for returns will be deducted from the total refund amount.
